Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sunny Creek Farms Wheatgrass
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger
Directions
  1. Soak the wheatgrass in water for 15 to 20 minutes..
  2. In a blender, combine wheatgrass with grated ginger, lemon, and cold water. Strain the juice through cheesecloth. Or run all ingredients through a slow press juicer.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
